Position: Associate – Executive Search
Roles and Responsibilities:
Conduct company and candidate research and analysis and select search strategy of target companies
Make cold call and warm call to identify potential candidates
Prepare candidate profiles and present to consultant to further assess candidates
Follow company process and procedure to get work done including sending email to candidates, arranging interview and filing and keying information into system and after interview follow up.
Data input and make sure the database update and accurate
Other ad hoc works
Requirements:
Bachelor or above degree
Good command of English in both written and spoken, skillful in computer
Must be highly self-motivated, have a Never Give Up attitude and be able to work well under pressure
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and results oriented
